# Ask your Tidemark question here

Ask about setup, tracking, goals, funnels, team access, installing or upgrading, on Tidemark Cloud or your own server.

Pick **Tidemark Cloud** or **Self-hosted** when you post, so people can find the right answers.

A good question says what you expected, what happened instead, and which site or page it is about. For self-hosted setups, include your Tidemark version, PHP version and web server. Screenshots help, and you can drop them straight into your post. Please leave out API keys and visitor data.

If someone’s reply solves it, the person who asked can mark it as the solution.
